Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and TechieBro Media, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”), for the Paste Pro app, the sync and licensing service at api.pastepro.app, and our website (together, “Paste Pro”). By installing or using Paste Pro you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who can use Paste Pro
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. If you use Paste Pro for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Paste Pro on computers you own or control, under these terms. You may not resell it, sublicense it, remove notices, or get around the plan limits or licence checks. Open-source parts are also covered by their own licences, listed under Settings → About → Open-source notices.
3. Plans and licence keys
- Free is available to everyone, with the limits shown in the app (for example, how much history is in view and how many collections you can make).
- Pro and Lifetime are turned on with a licence key. Pro lasts until the end date of the key. Lifetime lasts for as long as we offer Paste Pro, on up to five computers at a time.
- A key is for one person. Keep it private; do not share or publish it.
- We may change a key's plan when you ask, or end it if it was issued by mistake, obtained unlawfully, or used against these terms. We tell you when we do.
- Any prices, refunds and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay. We are not taking payments at the moment.
4. Your content
What you copy stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and send your encrypted data so that sync and sharing work. Because your clips are encrypted end to end, we cannot read, recover or restore them. If you lose all your devices and your recovery code, your synced history cannot be recovered by anyone. Please keep your recovery codes safe and make backups (Settings → Backup).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Paste Pro to break the law, infringe others' rights, store or share unlawful material, attack or overload our service, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or access other people's data. If you find a security problem, please tell us at [email protected]; we welcome responsible reports.
6. Other services
If you sync through iCloud or Google Drive, those services are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms. We are not responsible for them. Link previews contact the websites you copy links from.
7. Changes and availability
We improve Paste Pro over time and may change or stop features. We aim to keep pastepro.app available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever shut the sync service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data. Your history on your computer keeps working without it.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Paste Pro is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to Paste Pro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Paste Pro at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where the law requires it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Paste Pro after that, the new terms apply.
